Refund policy
We love creating custom pieces just for you, so everything’s made to order. That means we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong size or colour, or forgot a detail.
However, if your item arrives with a defect (for example wrong print, damaged in production, or other manufacturing issue) please let us know within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue and we’ll either send you a replacement at no cost, or offer you a full refund.
We don’t require that you send the damaged item back, so you’re not out shipping.
