This workbook started as a satirical nod to a certain kind of founder energy — vision boards, lowercase branding, and curated becoming… with no product in sight. The kind of workbook you’d expect to find on a desk in Montecito: embossed, affirming, and entirely devoid of action.
Inside: flowcharts that go nowhere, affirmations that say absolutely nothing, and quizzes that lovingly roast the rebrand industrial complex. It’s a parody of what it means to feel like a founder — especially when the aesthetic arrives long before the business does.
But then somewhere near the end, I broke the fourth wall. Hard.
I added two real pages. Just a little business sense — nothing fancy.
Not because I’m a business expert, but because I got tired of watching someone with every advantage do everything but the work. I wanted to prove that starting something real isn’t that hard.
You don’t need a title, a team, or a documentary.
You need a plan. A product. A little follow-through.
And because intention means nothing without execution, there are 100 or 200 lined pages — for your thoughts that actually deserve a launch plan.

OK, I've opened it, and I think it's great! I'm a Brit and I don't think we are as "au fait" with all the self-help/personal growth stuff as our American cousins are. However I did flirt with this some decades ago when I was at a low point. One thing I noticed is that there's a book of say 500 pages but the idea can be summed up in a few sentences.
This book does exactly that, sums it all up in a two A5 pages. imho, it's incredibly helpful for anyone wanting to make a change in their lives!!! I'm not wanting to start a business but I would like to "re-shape my life" and this is, rather bizarrely, the perfect tool to help!
