I ordered this mug and was so disappointed in the printing that I left a scathing one star review. And I tossed the mug in the bin. I didn't even contact the company because jaded as I am, I just assumed they had my money and that's all the mattered to them. I was so wrong! Even without my asking for a refund or replacement, they contacted me! I told them replacing the mug wasn't necessary but without telling me, they shipped me a new perfectly printed one. Can you imagine, a company that cared so much about making things right, they replaced my mug without me banging on about it?
I'm so impressed, my faith in business now restored, I'm ordering something else. Trust Montecitio, I am from now on because I was so wrong.
